After driving a Dacia Logan Stepway as a taxi for a year and a half was interested in buying a Dacia Duster after I retired from taxiing.
Dan showed me to a smart looking Duster 2 years old went on the test drive enjoyed his company on that and decided to go ahead with purchase.
Dan professionally went through all the preparation of sale and warranty and made the whole process comfortable.
I found him very approachable and witty at times and wouldnt hesitate to use Toomey again.

So far I have only had dealings with one Toomey employee - Zack Herring. This is the third vehicle purchased from this dealership and the second via Zack. Throughout he has been extremely helpful and pleasant and did infact get my Jogger delivered three months earlier than expected. Unfortunately the car mats have been held up in France but Zack came up trumps with a pair of Sandero items to save my carpets getting damaged whilst waiting. Thanks Zack, top man.

Arrived and booked in nice and fast. Service completed really quick as I was waiting.
Only thing different was they normally give you a free quick valet but the last 2 visits I haven't had that.

10/10 service from start to finish. Joe and the team were very helpful throughout the entire process and procured the model and colour I wanted ahead of the predicted lead time, which was a nice surprise. Very happy with my new motor so I can't recommend Dacia enough!

I've had many Mobility cars and dealt with many mobility sails men but working with Steve Moros was special.

He has a warm sense of humour and is happy in his work.

I was disgusted with Toomey Dacia southend when I took my car there to have a noise investigated when on full lock. I was told that I needed a new steering rack and possibly a pump costing £2000. I had no play in the steering. I was also advised that a had clutch juddering, engine miss fire and other things on a print out report. I was also advised that there was only 1 rack in the country so I needed to have done ASAP. For this information I was charged. The car was taken straight from Toomey to an independent garage where the car was totally checked over to find nothing wrong with any part of the car. 2 weeks later, the car passed its MOT with no work needed or advisories I put in a complaint by email on their complaints procedure. Heard nothing back.
