Sophisticated and self-assured, the Nissan Pulsar is a vehicle which features the latest in Nissan's contemporary design and advanced vehicle technology. An uncompromising car, crafted from the highest-quality materials, the Pulsar is at the pinnacle of Nissan's research and innovations. A city car with enough space for all family members, there are four levels of trim in the Pulsar range. These are the Visia, the Acenta, the n-tec and the Tekna.
The design of the Pulsar is bound to turn heads. Dynamic, bold and athletic, it brings together all elements of aesthetic appeal to produce a vehicle that will catch every eye. Designed to intrigue, the body has flowing curves that bring all of the exterior features together into one united whole. Racy contours contribute towards the purposeful profile of the Pulsar, which fully expresses the untapped potential of the vehicle while at rest.
Inside the Pulsar, motorists will enjoy a luxurious interior that is light and airy, and with enough space - including head and legroom - for all passengers. The upholstery materials are soft to the touch, and visual elements of the dashboard and cabin have been highlighted with chrome detailing. A high drive position gives the motorist a comprehensive view in front and around the vehicle, granting a sense of road confidence. Dual Zone Climate Control is included as standard, and Nissan's Advanced Drive-Assist Display broadcasts through a full-colour five-inch TFT information display. Luggage capacity gives an initial 385 litres of space, but the maximum 1,395 litres when the seats are folded ensures that you won't ever need to any vital items behind.
Pulsar buyers have the choice of a 1.2 litre petrol engine and a 1.5 litre diesel motor, as well as six-speed manual or XTronic transmission. Capable performance is combined with impressively low running costs, particularly in the case of the diesel engine, which can achieve combined fuel consumption of 78.5mpg and CO2 emissions of 94g/km.
Safety features include six airbags protecting the driver and each passenger, as well as three rear headrests, rear door child locks, and an immobiliser. Vehicle traction and stability is controlled through the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), which includes Brake Assist.
