  We popped over to Toomeys as my Hysband wanted me to view a car ,he was interested in a Peugeot 208 gti . Spoke to Billy Scott he had shown us the car and explained how much we would get to exchange our Old car. I was very surprised that Billy and my Husband sorted out the paperwork so quickly ,and next day we brought our new car.   Absolutely shocking customer service!! Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful staff members! Peter the manager refused to refund my item I purchased 1 day prior despite the item I purchased was brand new! Unopened and had the receipt with my name etc on. Peter told me cannot refund and told me incorrect information which differs to the terms and conditions as stated by Vauxhall and Toomey Southend. Peter the manager was rude, aggressive, unhelpful and even allowed his staff members to laugh at me during the matter at hand. Highly recommend that everyone avoids this joke of a dealership! Went to Basildon Vauxhall and they refunded me and was more than helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was a customer leaving happy with an outstanding service!

  How do these people get good reviews?!Tried to buy a new Vauxhall there in in 2019. They just didn't seem interested, so went elsewhere, and did buy a new Corsa in 2019. Within warranty, it broke down. Had to go to Toomeys for repairs, as the nearest place. They said it was a big job- conned me into paying £200 for it (a Warranty repair, but I was desperate to get it done2 years later, same fault! I don't trust them to do it again, so gone to my own garage. Just to make it worse,Toomeys couldn't be bothered to deliver a part on time, so I'm another several days without a car! Won't ever buy a vauxhall or use toomeys any more!
